"The entire property is under construction, which is fine but we were not advised of this when the booking was made through Expedia. The room had small balcony and faced the beach. The room itself was extremely damp...all our clothing was damp when we packed to leave. Also, from midnight to about 5:00 AM on Easter sunday morning, there were 2 or 3 people in the hall of the 4th floor and in the room next to us who were awake all night, yelling and on cell phones, smoking in hall (we could smell it in our room), and door slamming. "

When you read it after the description, we thought it was referring to the electric car charging spaces. $10 a night is very expensive for a half full parking lot during our stay. This added up to $30 and it’s rough on someone who’s on a fixed budget and on Social Security. Some might say why did you choose a place too expensive for you?
