"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Galveston! 🌴🌊 My husband and I took a little getaway, and this hotel was a great part of our trip. The staff was AMAZING from beginning to end! Everyone we came in contact with was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You could really tell they cared about making their guests feel comfortable and taken care of, and that meant a lot to us. ❤️ Our room was comfortable, the hotel was nice, and having breakfast available in the mornings was definitely a plus. We enjoyed our time in Galveston, and coming back to a welcoming place made the trip even better. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness and hospitality. Y’all truly made us feel welcome! We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ God bless each of you, and thank you for helping make our little getaway so memorable! ❤️🌴"

"This was a great hotel to stay out prior to our cruise. It was very elegant, clean, and had different activities to do. The pool area was great for our family and every single one of the staff members was very helpful. We could not have asked for better service. We most definitely want to stay here again and try the steakhouse. If you want to splurge and have a great time at Galveston, do not hesitate to book this hotel because you will not regret it."

"The hotel was fine. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was mediocre but it got the job done. The room was fairly clean with no mold and the hotel was built in 2024 so no major issues. Only complaint was we found a broken glass tobacco pipe in one of the drawers of our non-smoking room so it called into question how thorough they actually cleaned the rooms."
