My family & I had a wonderful stay...Omie & Dale were exceptional, room was clean and spacious, and the location truly cannot be beat for the price! Upon arrival we did need more towels (as mentioned by other reviewers), but there was no hesitation in getting what we needed when asked! We will definitely stay again!

Hotel is a block away from Seawall and close to many good restaurants like Gaidos, nicks and the pleasure pier. The room and bathroom was very clean. Staff was professional and courteous. Parking lot well lit, and in a safe part of Galveston.

Great Value for the money.. easily the best on the island. Rooms clean and it sits right across from the beach. Not all Red Roof Inns are nice but this one with its cleanliness, dog friendliness and location is maybe the best.

Not bad. The tub surround should probably be replaced, and the shower lever doesn't fully engage, so you end up with a half-strength shower with the rest of the water still coming out the tub faucet. Room could use more furniture/furnishings. It's a spacious room that's left half empty. Standard cable TV is meh. Would be nicer to have a smart TV with online streaming options. Close to the beach.
