"Room was very clean and comfortable, during the week the pool closed at 9pm which was a bit early. Parking was ok, breakfast ladies were charming and friendly and the food was okay. The coffee was lukewarm and if there had been a microwave in the breakfast area it would have been great."

"El hotel está bastante bien respecto a calidad/precio. La piscina era muy bonita y toda esa área estaba muy limpia. A pesar de lo concurrido que estaba por ser 4 de julio. Fui con mi esposo y otra pareja. Éramos cuatro en una habitación doble, el espacio era suficiente y la vista de la habitación era un 10. La comida fue bastante buena y la atención del personal fue excelente. Aún así creo que deberían de ponerle un poco de atención a la sala de juegos que se encuentra en el lobby ya que estaba un poco descuidada y sucia. Pero por lo demás, todo estuvo bastante bien. Si volvería a ir en otra ocasión. La verdad la pasamos genial."

"Enjoyed our 4th of July weekend at the San Luis Resort, but two issues. 1) We could not find any pool seating because about 25% of the total available lounge chairs by the pool were unavailable due to paid reservations for pool seating. Many of them were unused throughout most of the day. They should offer fewer paid reserve seats and limit that to 4 hours periods. 2) Our outdated room had moist carpet and bathroom counters too low for the shortest people."
