"Booking Hayatt for long time , this is first time bad experience I have with my family Following is very important concern on that place: 1) As you enter, you see fly flying and roof is leaking in the dining room. 2) all the carpet is dirty and smell in the hallway and most of the place. 3) bathroom has very small stall for adults, it’s good for baby 4) bathroom lock doesn’t work. 5) bedroom carpet was dirty Bedroom had bad odors 6) beds are not sturdy, felt same bed has been used for 2 decades. 7) when you go to pool , water is cold I had to jump out from pool right away. 8) cheap qualities of breakfast, very few items and apple was rotten. Needs my 100% money back for horrible stay."

"Ideal location for beach access and some good restaurants. Our room was not as clean as I'd like. Bedding was clean but there were what looked like blood marks on the walls in the bathroom and by front door and the carpet was very dirty but made sense because of the beach proximity. Overall, still an enjoyable stay."

"We stayed on the 6th floor. We had to keep the room freezing cold, or the floors, tables, and even the sheets on the bed were WET from all the Humidity. I have never seen anything like it before and I am from Florida. Otherwise, its a good place for the price. The pool is really nice, but we did not use it."

"Our stay at the San Luis Resort was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The property is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and offers stunning views of the Gulf. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and luxurious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The pool area was one of our favorite parts of the resort, beautiful, inviting, and perfect for spending the day soaking up the sun. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The restaurants on-site were excellent, with delicious food and great service. The location is also perfect, with easy access to the beach and everything Galveston has to offer. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a weekend escape, I highly recommend staying at The San Luis Resort, Spa and Conference Center. We can’t wait to come back!"
