"Upon checkout, we waited 10 minutes for an elevator and finally had to try to squeeze in to an already full elevator. Other guests mentioned they waited 25 minutes. The only person that assisted us was not very friendly "

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. There were no signs of wear and tear in my room. The staff was very amazing and kind. I did think housekeeping was gonna come and change out towels however they did not. I had to go down and get them myself."

"Our room shower was dirty, hairs on the wall and drain area. We found some wired bugs as well. The pool was so crowded for the building space they clearly need more pool options. "

"They gave me the wrong room with no view to the pool like i wanted it and pay for, so i have to go again to registration and let them know about it waste of my time, the wrong room they gave me smell really bad, the correct room we got the drawers were kind of broken and pillows were not comfortable.I would've expected a better experience of Paris Casino."
