"I recently stayed in a room for two nights. Not a tower room. These rooms felt more like an extended stay motel type stay rather than a stay at Ruby Foos. The tower rooms are much nicer. There was no conditioner in the shower container, the hallways were very loud well into the night, the small elevator had a very unpleasant smell. The room and bed was very clean and comfortable. The washroom was worn and needs maintenance and a deep clean. Parking has always felt safe. Very close to amenities and the Metro. I will only ask for the tower rooms going forward. "

"The staff was very pleasant. The location was excellent as I needed a hotel close to Westmount. For everything else, it was a disappointment. The walls were paper thin. I could hear the entire conversation from the couple next door. The woman was screaming and if I didn't have ear plugs I would not be able to sleep. The room and bathroom were old and in need of repair. The old carpet odour was strong and I could see cracks in the molding and paint peeling. The breakfast was simple but I enjoyed the fresh pastries. I have no plans to go back."

"The well appointed room had a large fridge and stove. There were many areas to unpack. This property prides itself on cleanliness. The continental breakfast was superb. So many choices."

"A very nice stay. Hotel in a great location 4 minutes walk from Eaton Centre. About 15-20 min walk to Old Montreal. There’s a grocery store (IGA) a 10 minute walk away. Only complaints are that no spatula in the kitchen and the sheets were pilling on both beds which is not comfortable "

"The beds and cushions are by far the best I've ever experienced in a hotel! The service was spectacular; my son forgot his toothbrush and the front desk provided one complimentary! I love the in-room coffee maker, which uses rainforest alliance coffee and compostable coffee pods, the bathroom products are very thoughtful, there was an EV charger for my car; everything about this hotel is fantastic!"
