"Location is excellent. The room was clean. The staff were nice. However, the dining room was a bit small, and the breakfast was very simple. Overall, it is good. "

"Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful. Made us feel very comfortable and even helped us with directions to places we were going as we were from out of town and dont speak french well. Rooms were clean spacious and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!"
"I loved the proximity to my daughter's place as well as being able to walk down to Old Montreal and be along Saint Laurent for meals and shopping. The hotel was very clean and spacious. "
"The location is excellent. It is in walking distance of chinatown, old montreal, mcgill, notre dame. The neighboring area may be a little sketchy but i did not feel unsafe at any time. I brought my own room freshening spray and it helped with the stale smell. The free breakfast had plenty of options, eggs, bread, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee/tea/juice, hashbrown, fruit, waffles. The staff were very helpful. Would stay here again. "
"The first impression of this hotel was that of simple, understated class. This is a comfortable, elegant, and accommodating place without trying to portray some sort of unrealistic fantasy of grandeur. Service was friendly with a sincere kindness that is often missed in the world of cultivated service-industry niceties. The room was comfortable with a warm ambience - not a hint of sterility.
I will certainly stay here again. The proximity to excellent dining options was an unanticipated bonus. I recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and class without the gaudy forced enthusiasm of other hotels serving the “modern urban”category. "
