"Lovely and classy hotel. We stayed 3 nights and found the staff to be very courteous and helpful when needed. We found the bed to be very, very comfortable. The shower was nice and strong, perhaps a little too much so, as my husband found the water had escaped the curtain and wer the bathroom floor. We had ample, soft towels, so we could remedy that. (I did not have the same issue.) "

"I've stayed at Hotel Nouvel previously and enjoyed the clean, welcoming atmosphere. The last minute booking was no more expensive than booking in advance. The pool was not yet open for the season when we stayed. "

"Very clean, spacious, and comfortable suites. Location was perfect—less than 10 min walk to all the action of Montreal Jazz Festival and Metro, and walkable to Old Town and Mount Royale. The receptionists were very kind and were able to accommodate our large pickup truck behind the hotel. We enjoyed having a balcony and a kitchen. The breakfast was very basic, but we had plans to eat out anyways. Wonderful stay for the price—I definitely plan to return!"
