Service was friendly with a sincere kindness that is often missed in the world of cultivated service-industry niceties. The room was comfortable with a warm ambience - not a hint of sterility. I will certainly stay here again. The proximity to excellent dining options was an unanticipated bonus. I recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and class without the gaudy forced enthusiasm of other hotels serving the “modern urban”category. "

"Loved our stay. Great customer service. If you drive a standard pickup the valet lot is not an option due to low roof heights. Same for adjacent public indoor parking. You will need to use an outdoor lot of which two are within a block away. One wanted $225 for Terri nights. The other was $66 for two nights. The Hotel staff and facilities are wonderful. We received an upgrade to a suite in return for the parking issue. We will stay here again. "

"A perfect place to stay if you are going to a concert/event at the Bell Centre! It is only a few minute walk down the street! A good choice of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance as well. Overall a fantastic location and great hotel!"
