"Prince Arthur is a great street to stay on, you are within walking distance to everything you could possibly want to do! Yes there is a skylight in the bedroom, so bring a sleep mask (I never travel without my sleep mask and special earplugs made for sleep). For the girlies looking to book here, I would suggest bringing a travel sized mirror with a light to do your make up. I had an amazing weekend stay, and will be booking here again for sure!"

There were little gnats, about four to five , that were in the apartment . There should be a notice of the position of stairs as soon as you open the door and handrail was not in place. "Front desk people were amazing. Room was solid for what it is and what I paid. One thing I didn’t like was how I was woken every time someone went into their room. The doors were very tight and you had to pull it hard to get it to close which made it loud from the hallway. If they can fix that, I’d come back again. Staff was top notch!"

"The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport and was very central to the places we wanted to visit. We were within a 10-15 minute walk from The Bell Centre. The room was very clean and well stocked. Breakfast had lots of selection for grab and go items. Plenty of cereals, loaves, breads and bagels, sliced meats and cheeses. Boiled eggs, yogurt, and assorted drinks hot and cold. The pool is on the roof and also has an outdoor area to relax, or a large clean gym."

"We were able to book two nights at the Omni. The views of the city and Mount Royal were incredible and made our engagement trip even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The room was spotless, comfortable, and refreshingly cool. Having a restaurant, shopping, and a bar right on site made everything so convenient. Looking back, we wish we had booked the Omni from the start. It truly saved our trip, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Very nice hotel facilities and rooms, and great location. Also, very nice ambience in this boutique hotel. Various lobby areas which is a very helpful feature. My only suggestion for improvement is the customer service. Some staff were very kind. But there was a general lack of attentiveness among most staff. Would have expected more at this high end boutique."
