Nice breakfast with toast, bagels, fresh orange juice, coffee, tea, cereal, cookies. Room was clean and fresh. AC worked perfectly. Carpets in hallways are very clean, no stains. Overall we are pleased with the accommodations

Based on the map, I expected to get to the historical district quickly however, this hotel is a bit further and will take you a good 30+ minutes. Parking is available on site and is free, but I wouldn’t leave anything in my car. The hotel common area is very outdated, but they put some work into updating their rooms. Our room and bathroom were very clean, with nice upgrades. Shower was large with a really nice shower head that included multiple sprayers. They could use to invest on linens because the sheets were scratchy, and the towels were paper thin. Air Conditioning also struggled to keep the room cool in the month of August.

Free breakfast, but no eggs. Everything is clean, amenities are available, rooms are convenient. Restaurants are close by like 10 to 15min, Mc Donald is at a walking distance. The best is still coming because they were renovating a portion of the hotel. Food service will be a great option to add.

Beside a place to sleep and affordable cost,there were not many positive to staying at this place. If you're staying mire than a couple of days, there no drawers/dresser to put anu clothes away. The room itself is fine. Being a budget hotel, there are no amenities. You can hear people walking and talking in the hallway. If any housekeeping is being done on the floor above or even 2 or 3 rooms away, you will hear the vacuum. I had an issue due to a cancelation of flight, neither Expedia or Charbol hotel helped in sorting out the issue. They both blamed other for not being able to do anything. Overall not so good of an experience.

A bit further than we wanted to stay but it was a crazy weekend in Montreal. It is right in the bus/metro line and that was great because driving in the city is not easy and parking is even worse. So that’s a 5on a scale right there. Not the greatest part of town but I didn’t ever feel unsafe. Hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable but it was dated and rooms need better lighting. Parking was a huge plus

Place was clean and the room was nice. I thought I had upgraded the room when I reserved but they said I didn’t. They then put me in a 75 degree room with no A/C. I complained and they said just give it time, but it never got below 75. The next day they switched me to the room that I had originally reserved. Other than the A/C problem and the room misunderstanding, the place was nice and the staff were helpful.

Room with the hot tub with jet work great and was clean. Everything was great but the little breakfast in the kitchen was mostly expired food. Like you can see the mold on the bread and the expired date on the food.
