We found the staff very helpful and willing to answer questions. We appreciated having a relatively large fridge since we brought our own food, and a room that did not smell of chemical cleaning products. We also appreciated having a key for the room for the Sabbath and kosher food for breakfast. Property could be a bit better maintained but very comfortable, all in all

Our room was renovated and clean, and beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Parking was available and priced fairly. Staff was very friendly and polite. Hotel is expensive and not worth the price they ask for. Overall hotel is outdated and needs major renovation. It was smelly and stinky inside the hotel. Breakfast was awful, the worst I ever had in hotel. Eggs and beans from cans. Coffee like water. Restaurant on site is kosher and was closed on Friday and Saturday. I would not stay in the same hotel next time we are in Montreal.

My stay at Ramada Hotel is good, staff Are polite, helpful, room was clean, but the tv has no internet connection; the receptionist said their tv has only local channels, when i turned it on, the tv screen was frozen and blurred. It will be great if the tv is working cuz there are customers who wants to watch tv or movies while staying inside the room.

Staff personal care excellent. Breakfast buffet excellent. Please take down the outside “restaurant “ and website “restaurant” service when it is non existent. Please check vacated rooms for possible repairs prior to assigning to next party. We were unable to take a shower until the tsp was fixed. Also, electrical outlets in bathroom was not useable.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The website mentioned parking, yet we were charged for it, and there wasn’t enough parking available for all guests. We had to park outside and walk five minutes to the hotel, which was not convenient at all. The toilet was clogged, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the shower faucet broke during our stay. The restaurant and the building overall felt very old and not well maintained. The property clearly needs renovation and better upkeep. Despite all of this, the staff were excellent—hard‑working, friendly, and very helpful.
