"Started off badly. The reception was closed at 4pm which was a cold reception after a long day travelling. The room could have been cleaner. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my 2 nights at the lodge and the girl in the reception was actually a huge embassador for your company "

"just one night stay. location is great. right in front of the lake wakatipu in QT. A small kitchenette comes handy to cook or warm up food. Water pressure is good. We stayed on the ground floor, so the window in the bathroom is not suitable to be open as motel's workers walk pass through the hallway frequently. No privacy. "

"Currently under refurbishment Altho this wasn’t a major but something to be aware of. Noisy fan in 2nd bedroom that goes all the time is very annoying & led to very broken sleep. No aircon so bedrooms very stuffy as no windows. Outstanding views, beautiful, well equipped rooms. "
