"The property is exactly as I pictured it would be, the perfect location to explore the South Island of New Zealand. The size of the house was perfect for my wife and me and it was equipped for a small fajitas dinner and a couple of small breakfasts. The only issue was that the views from the property made it hard to leave since it was so breathtaking. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Beautiful, magnificent views of the landscape, quiet, peaceful, fresh air, safe and secure. I didn't like the dining chairs. Unsafe to sit on as they are on an incline. My daughter-in-law fell backwards while sitting on the chair while her son was sitting on her lap. She nearly hit her head against the wooden bench. No freezer available and no exhaust fan above the cooking stove. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crow's Nest holiday home. Thank you."

"Very unprofessional with the way this property is advertised. There are major roadworks going on right outsdethe front door. There is no footpath anymore and a giant ditch dug into the middle of the road. There also isn't any off-street parking or any roadside parking. But they don't inform you of any of this until 6 days beforehand. The roadworks has been going on for over a year. They also don't release the addres of the property until the last minute either. I guess so that you can't check it...

"This is a property on the more expensive end but when we arrived we really felt like it was value for money. The views are stunning and the property is very nicely decorated with quality linens and fittings. Treats on arrival were also a lovely touch. Thanks so much for sharing this fabulous piece of Queenstown with us. Easy drive to Qtown for dinners and enjoyed a sunrise at Moke Lake due to close location. 5 stars."

The main bedroom door doesn’t shut therefore you have to push a suitcase against it to stop it from opening The condition of the house is extremely poor. "Nice comfortable property, we did enjoy the stay however there were a few dissapointments. Previous tenants dirty bed linen was in a bundle in the wardrobe. Asked about heating before we arrived and did not get a reply until after we arrived. TV took a while to "warm up" with a very dark faint picture and when it did start working the picture was black and white, we adised the property manager about this and never received a reply. "Great location however it was the only bonus. Cleanliness just hit the par, appliances also just hit the par. However couches and overall decor was sub par with big tears in them. Bathroom facilities were also underwhelming, shower not suitable for taller people. As said, location is one of the only things going for it aside from parking.
