"Beautiful property with stunning views from the restaurant and bar area. Dinners and breakfasts were exceptional. We booked a basic room and were upgraded to a room with a view of The Remarkables which was beautiful and extremely comfortable."

"Relatively close to the city roughly 1km so you can walk to downtown Qt which is handy. Parking can be tricky as there are limited spots. Has all amenities one needs for a comfy stay."

"We were very disappointed. We thought we were getting a lakeview room but the listing is misleading and we had a room with no view, couldn’t even see the mountains as it was like a basement standard room. Wifi was working, the stopper in the bathroom sink didn’t work and we had to walk a long distance on a rock walk path to get to our room. Then we got an upgrade for the next night for a lakeview room which was quite expensive. The view was great and the suite large but otherwise was very disappointing The bathroom had hair on the floor and no stopper for the tub and the underside of the toilet seat had urine stains! The fireplace didn’t work properly. Don’t stay there, not worth it!!!!"

"We arrived for a late-night check-in after the office had already closed, but a quick call to the property's service line changed everything. The staff was incredibly accommodating, greeting us with such warmth and professionalism that any travel stress immediately vanished. They handled our after-hours arrival seamlessly, making the entire process feel effortless despite the late hour. To top it off, we absolutely love our room—waking up to the stunning view of the river and mountains was the perfect start to our stay. We had such a wonderful experience that we will definitely be back!"

"Everything very nice - my only criticism was that at breakfast (if you had chosen an inclusive option) you could only choose between a tea or a juice - if you wanted one or the other you had to pay for it, this was the same with for example if you wanted an egg with your breakfast. That felt a bit mean. Otherwise a great stay."
