All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and the service unassuming and attentive. Staff will help with suggestions, and arranging any trips and activities you may want to do. Totally recommend if you are wanting to relax, you're miles away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown. Read a book, look out the window at the Dart river, watch a movie, eat and drink next door at the lodge or do a walk. Staff are lovely. We were on our honeymoon and loved it.

Very friendly place to stay, the rooms are comfortable and the outdoor spa is amazing after a big ski day.
Its a short walk to all the town restaurants and the bus to ski fields. And the made to order breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend The Dairy.

Location was excellent. Handy to everything ie bus stop, supermarket, activities, cbd all nearby, just cross the road. No steep climbs! All flat. Staff very welcoming. Room had its own car park and all amenities needed in kitchen etc. Enjoyed the bath robes, good showers, heating, coffee plunger and comfortable bed. Well soundproofed too.
