"No help with our luggage. Travelled with my 88 and 83 year old parents. And it is NOT for them. And not for me too. aside from walking up we had to walk further up for the rooms. I expected more."

"Location is good with walking distance to Queenstown downtown. But there is small slope when returning to apartment which may be a consideration. Overall the view is good and quiet. With the comprehensive facilities, we enjoyed the cooking at the apt with chill and easy dining. View to the harbor is unforgettable. Will visit again when returning to Queenstown! "

"There is 24 hour service at the front desk and very kind and helpful staff. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a great rooftop lounge area for anyone to use. There is a free coffee machine and water/ice machine as well, along with a few paid vending machines. The room was clean and had a nice bathroom and view. I would love to stay here again!"

"Very businesslike, not overly friendly but professional. Location is a 10 min walk into town but it’s uphill on the return which was ok for us but just a heads up if you’re not keen on hills. "

"Really enjoyed our time there, the lakehouse and views are stunning. Away from hustle bustle of Queenstown. Food was great quality and well presented, service was very good, however menu was limited. Only downside was no shop or store nearby for drinks or snacks for our room."

"Parking at this location for suite is limited and very tight. I could not open driver side door wide enough to get out on my rented Toyota Auris when parked next to another car. Had to park on the street and moved it to another empty spot the next morning before 8 a.m. Room is outdated with dinky carpet and damp walls. But good location and good value for one night stay."
