Enjoyed the hotel and staff. Good place to leave for a safari from but good up to date lodging for whatever reason. Everyone was helpful on site one tip the entrance for the rooftop lounge was outside of the hotel entrance. Seemed loud when I entered but really wasn’t bad at all.

Great rooms!
The hotel was lovely. The rooms are actually suites with a generous living room, large, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, nice bathroom and bedroom. Great views of Nairobi from large windows. Hotel restaurant was excellent with delicious, high quality food and service. Would definitely stay here again.
Great stay! Very clean and spacious! Accommodated my family well. Beautiful aesthetic, great dining options and nice amenities. Top notch security! Would totally stay again.
Recently stayed at Somerset Westview Nairobi and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The food was great. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.
My family and I loved Somerset. The place was very clean, the staff were kind and patient very helpful. The reception staff very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Security staff very professional.
The neighbourhood felt pretty safe, quiet, and had a few malls and restaurants nearby. Our friends living in Nairobi recommended it. The service was ok. The room was large and had all the amenities you would need.
Stayed 3 nights with a group of friends and felt like home. Apartments are modern with high end appliances and fixtures. Rooms are spacious and kitchen is fully equipped. The area felt safe and had a small shopping mall just two blocks away. Staff and security were extremely kind and helpful. The pool was under maintenance the week we stayed but otherwise everything was amazing.
Everything about this hotel was great - the suites are spacious with two rooms and a kitchen. Every appliance worked well, including the laundry, coffee maker, etc. They provide everything you need. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpfu. Great gym. Amazing location. We were able to walk to restaurants, a coffee place and shopping malls. Very few neighborhoods in Nairobi feel safe and clean enough to walk from place to place, so this is a very big plus!
They did not honor our group rate even though there were 50 of us. I asked the manager for the TOTAL for how much opening up the second bedroom would be, and she told me the rate for only one night. when i repeated it back to her, she confirmed. if i had known it was not the total i would never have booked it. Very unhappy with our treatment at 4am, though the rooms themselves are very decent
