The condo was very clean, updated and spacious. Enjoyed coffee each morning on the balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. So many restaurants and shopping within walking distance was a bonus.

Great place and great location

Very clean and nice place to stay. In walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The host Cece is fast in responding to any questions and was easy to work with. Recommend this place 10 out of 10. Will definitely book here again when I come back to the island. Mahalo!

Kailua Kona Trip

This place was great! It was perfect for me and my partner, close to beautiful beaches, easy access, clean and comfortable room. Plus there were adorable cats outside 😍. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely stay here again!

This property is in the perfect location for enjoying Kona town. It is right in the best part of the town, but tucked back in a lush garden, which makes for quiet sleeping. It is clean, well organized and comfortable

Property was as describe. Very clean and welcoming. Communication with host was great. Site manager needs to develop better people skills. Terrible interaction with her. Ocean is easily accessible, however homeless gather there and drink.

Delightful Studio

Clean! Nicely updated. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. I was impressed by the design of this unit and the thoughtfulness of the host to ensure what was needed for a great Island stay was there. I was VERY happy staying here and will look to stay here again. I really liked this place.Things I wish I knew: the mattress is memory foam, extra trash bags are under the one in the trash can, and make sure you well and truly close the freezer door ;-)

We didn't stay in the condo described. Rating is for ocean view condo.

Communication with owner was outstanding. Clear instructions as to how to get into the condo as well as the location. Owner upgraded us to an ocean view room with balcony overlooking Ali drive. Condo was clean and bed was comfortable. This condo didn't appear to be upgraded as the one we originally booked but the ocean view made up for it. Truly, the only thing that was strange was the SINGLE sink was shared with the bathroom and galley kitchen. Also, I kept having to power cycle the cable box to get the TV to work - not a big deal as we were not there to watch TV. It was a great location. It was close to the farmers market (fresh fruit every morning!), gift shops, restaurants and the ocean just across the street. My wife LOVED the smell of the Plumeria trees and flowers all over the property. We did not use the pool. Check-in was easy, coded door lock was easy to use so no key needed. Parking can be a challenge if not at the property by late afternoon but wasn't a problem for us. I felt very secure during my stay. The host was very nice and we would likely stay here again.

Super cute studio! It’s a few minute walk to lots of restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. It was very clean and had a pool view. Not on the beach, but it’s very close. I would recommend without hesitation.

This apartment in Kona was absolutely fantastic! The complex was beautiful, the apartment was perfect - great facilities, comfy bed, and lovely and clean! There is lots of beach equipment - body boards, chairs, umbrella, snorkels & fins. The location is perfect - a short walk to restaurants, shops, amazing Kona coffee and a number of beaches, amazing for snorkelling. Safe to say we didn’t want to leave, and we will certainly be back!
