"Really enjoyed our stay. Tanya at Concierge was extremely helpful and so willing to help. The breakfast bar at Piko was great for a quick morning bite. Enjoy the gift shop as it has many cool merchandise. You can purchase coffee in gift shop for much less than hotel if you are not a picky coffee drinker. The pools are wonderful and sunset views are amazing. "

"The sunsets were amazing from this property. I truly enjoyed watching them every night. There were 13 family members staying at the house and there was plenty of room. Being my 60th birthday, my husband and I had the master bedroom. I thought it was fantastic, especially the lanai. Nancy was quick to respond with any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here. "

"Like: Large/spacious condo. good snorkeling bay nearby, 3 pools, ocean view, covered parking. pickle ball. well kept property and grounds. Most stuff was labeled in condo. Cable and internet TV. Gated community for security. Dislike: have to pay extra for A/C, but good window ventilation, so we didn't quite need it in August except one night. Some tricks w/ TV/remotes, TV didn't work in twin bedroom. Pools had concession/drink stands but those weren't open to get a complete resort feel. Vending machine not working at garden pool. Water fountain not working at garden pool. Pickle ball racquets broken/worn out. Takes a while for hot water in master shower."

"Property is amazing. Great location and amazing neighborhood. While convenient to everything, it is outside of the crazy business of the kona tourist area. Lots of snacks upon arrival with well equipped kitchen. Great beds to sleep on and a television in all rooms. Very easy to communicate with the owner as well. Would not hesitate to stay here again Thank you Charlotte for a great experience."
