"We had an excellent experience from the moment we arrived until our departure. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The food options were fantastic, and while the beach was very hot in August—something we expected—the water provided a nice relief. I did anticipate that the sargassum would be cleaned up better, but it's hard to find any major complaints about the place otherwise. Our swim-up room was amazing, and the attached pool was mostly empty, only being used by neighboring guests. We watched several entertainers there and each time there were guests that left before the show even started or left during the show because it was just too hot to sit there. "
