Place is amazing! The service here is just great, everyone is very friendly and attentive. The place is well taken care of, workers always doing cleanup and maintenance. The most AMAZING all inclusive! We did our honeymoon here, and we never wanted to leave! Sue was amazing with the pool volleyball activities. Hugo kept the drinks flowing all day! I absolutely loved my stay at Secrets. The entire resort was beautifully designed, calming, elegant, and truly high-end. I especially loved that the restaurants were not buffet-based and that reservations weren’t required, which made dining so much more enjoyable and stress free. At every restaurant the experience was amazing. The view from my Junior Ocean Suite was breathtaking. Waking up every morning and watching the sunrise from my room was definitely one of my favorite parts of the stay. The staff were always so welcoming, attentive, and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I would absolutely return.

Our room was spectacular. Tasteful decorations throughout, double head rain shower, very comfortable bed with ocean view, swim up pool, well stocked frig. Beyond that 100% of staff were nice, helpful, making sure all our needs met. Kudos to Chris and Duran for excellent butler work.Numerous restaurants to choose from. Favorite was Himitsu. Waiter Eyder was amazing. Then the beach! Softest white sand we've ever seen and felt. Plan on coming back!

The staff was absolutely amazing! The rooms had beautiful views and were spotless. There were plenty of fun activities around the pool, which was incredibly clean, and the food was delicious. The beach did have some seaweed during our stay, so we ended up spending most of our time at the pool, but that didn’t take away from our experience. The entertainment every night was fantastic and made our evenings even more enjoyable. Overall, this was the best vacation we’ve ever had! We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back!

The food was always delicious with many choices. The hotel is well maintained, rooms are clean and everything is wonderful. I have been to many good hotels and this one has been by far the best one.

Definitely will visit again - one of the best all inclusives in Cancun for a couple looking for a quiet romantic getaway!! Will be my favorite visit in Cancun so far :D Cleanliness was on point, service was incredible and the amenities, especially the swim out room were all real nice!!! Food was superb, servers were excellent and they went above and beyond. You are assigned a concierge that updates you on daily activities, shows, drink of the day, or if you need any thing they are able to make it happen for you. My concierge was Nayely, and she was incredible!!

The staff was amazing and attentive! We had the junior suite room and it was perfect and so spacious. The spa experience was unreal! The food was decent and there were plenty of options. The pools are great and the grounds were very well maintained. We rented a private cabana in the jungle pool and it was so worth it. If you want a relaxing trip with a beautiful, calming vibe this is definitely the place!

Truly a 10/0 experience! First off we felt safe the entire time we stayed there. Big security gate outside of the resort with someone checking who goes in and out. The resort grounds are insanely beautiful with breathtaking pools, walk ways, greenery, and buildings. Food was unreal! A ton of different restaurants to choose from with high quality options. Desserts blew our minds! Cocoa cafe was a fun addition too! Pools were clean and beautiful. There were options for shows at night. Great excuse to dress up and see some fun live entertainment. Room service included and were completely on top of cleaning our room twice a day. Truly an unforgettable experience and highly recommended if you are looking for luxury service and amenities!
