"From the moment we arrived at the resort, we were greeted with a welcome glass of champagne and a fresh, fragrant towel, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. As Expedia VIP guests, we were escorted to the VIP check-in room, where the process was seamless and the staff was incredibly warm. They even accompanied us to our room, explaining all the features along the way. The room itself was spotless, and the housekeeping service was exceptional, with at least two cleanings per day. The hotel’s app was incredibly useful, providing daily activity updates and spa bookings. One of the most thoughtful touches was having a personal butler assigned to each room, who sent daily updates and responded to any requests promptly and warmly. The resort’s greenery was also impressive, adding to the relaxing ambiance. The dining options were excellent, with a dress code that made the experience feel special, and the staff in the restaurants were fantastic. Overall, this was truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had!"

"Todo era perfecto, pero deberían mejorar el cuidado de los niños en el Daycare no tuve buena experiencia tenían una sola cuidadora y yo presentía que no debía irme y me quedé de lejos mirando que pasaba y mis dos niños querían quedarse mientras yo iba a la playa con mi esposo y me quedé observando de lejos y mi niño más pequeño comenzó a llorar por mi y la maestra continuó haciendo la actividad mi hijo se fue lejos de ella el otro niño mío se dio cuenta y fue a coger a su hermano que pasa si alguien coge a mi niño de la mano y se lo lleva ? Que pasaría si yo no hubiera tenido ese presentimiento y me hubiese quedado allí mirando mi niño y estamos hablando de dos niños uno 4 años y uno 6 años por favor el hotel es demasiado bueno pero nada es más importante que el cuidado de un hijo , me dio tanta rabia que fui y cogi mis niños y me los lleve conmigo a la playa h esa maestra ni cuenta se dio que me lleve los niños omggg HORRIBLEEEEEE"

"Good food options, easy access to beach and great selection of pools! Pool areas were wonderful. Would be nice if there was a public hot tub. Not much to do if weather is bad. Also would be nice to have hot showers. Loved this place. "
