"The property is very dated for the price you pay and the gym is unusable and should not be advertised. It smells and has no air conditioning. Breakfast quality is average but the restaurant staff are lovely."

"A really well located hotel, we were given an upgrade to a sea view which was really appreciated. Even with the upgrade though our room was very small. In our room we had 2 small milk portions which once used were not replaced. The staff were all really polite and helpful, on our second day the staff didn’t get our breakfast right. I was discouraged when I saw the taxi driving away from the port without knowing that Ischia has this beautiful area called Casamicciola. "It was a nightmare. I booked this place for 3 nights. I was given basement room, air conditioning was not working and it was hard to breath there. After sleeping 2 hours i woke up with bites all over my body. The room was infested by mosquitoes. This was first time in my life that during my 50 years of travelling I would check out after one night stay. The man at front desk was surprised. I asked him to go to look the room. He didn’t go. His only interest was to charge me 3 nights. No apology."
