"We stayed in the hotel for a weekend. It’s a family run hotel and they are very lovely and helpful. They provide transport collection from the harbour to the hotel and drop off and in between too, if needed. It is very clean and the views are stunning from the hotel. We would definitely be going back to stay again."

"A really well located hotel, we were given an upgrade to a sea view which was really appreciated. Even with the upgrade though our room was very small. In our room we had 2 small milk portions which once used were not replaced. The staff were all really polite and helpful, on our second day the staff didn’t get our breakfast right. Guests have an exclusive 45 minute bookable slot in the spa but we felt it could do with a refresh -the jacuzzi was very hit and miss, and the showers didn’t...

"The property is very dated for the price you pay and the gym is unusable and should not be advertised. It smells and has no air conditioning. Breakfast quality is average but the restaurant staff are lovely."

"The Continental Terme has plenty of space, the rooms are a good size and comfortable. We like the gardens which cover the different areas of the hotel. There are three pools which are great. "

"The Hotel and customer service was outstanding. In particular, I wish to thank the Reception Desk who were so very helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, set in lush tropical gardens overlooking the Bay of Naples. With 2 lovely swimming pools and down the stairs a bit, access to a private platform and sun lounges right on the sea. Breakfast and the restaurant including service, were also excellent. Added bonus for us: Pet Friendly!"
