"The Hotel and customer service was outstanding. In particular, I wish to thank the Reception Desk who were so very helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, set in lush tropical gardens overlooking the Bay of Naples. With 2 lovely swimming pools and down the stairs a bit, access to a private platform and sun lounges right on the sea. Breakfast and the restaurant including service, were also excellent. Added bonus for us: Pet Friendly!"

"The views from the hotel are absolutely staggering. One of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed. Staff were also incredibly friendly and engaging. The property is a little dated but everything was clean and worked fine. Highly recommend staying here. "

"The place is clean and location is decent - quiet street, close to the city center (half an hour walk to the port though, but there is a bus just around the corner). Old furniture in rooms. Staff doesn't speak any English. They were very nice though."

"A work in progress , the apartment was nicely done and had a peaceful terrace but there were unfinished areas to tackle before you got there. Website said toiletries but there were none and promised wi fi did not work in apartment and we could not connect on downstairs terrace either. If you are tall the toilet is too near the shower for your knees. Very pleasant owners."

"The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is quiet, not on a main street. The hotel is mid point between Ischia Ponte and Ischia Porto. Both are an easy walk. The meals are nice. I would recommend half board. The pool area/pool is very relaxing."

"Great location. Clean room. No working AC. Room is close to 90 degrees and incredibly unsafe for dehydration. Basically ruined trip to ischia because we’re too sick to do anything after trying to sleep in the room"
