"Property was located half way between Ischia port and Ischia center making the walk to either very easy. Also the property was one block from bus stop. Two swimming pools on premises - one was thermal. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. The included breakfast had a large selection of items including fresh pastries. I highly recommend this property."

"We stayed at Hotel Ulisse after taking a ferry from Naples to the island of Ischia. Hotel Ulisse is about mid-way from the Marina to the Castello. I liked the hotel because it is on a side street away from crowds, and it is a stone's through from the beaches. There are public and beach clubs nearby. This is a smaller hotel with nice amenities. It is clean inside with a nice reception area, and a bar across from the lobby. There is a beautiful pool on the lower floor. And there is a breakfast room which is of good size. The breakfast is included and had a good variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The breakfast staff were very attentive. Check-in was fast and efficient. The staff were very nice and spoke English. The room was a bit on the smaller size, though we had an amazing view of the Castello Argonese. Really the view at night was impressive. Yes, the bathroom is small though has all you could want. There is balcony with seating so you can enjoy a drink and take in the lovely views. We only were in Ischia for a day and night, though wished we had stayed longer. People were so nice, and there is so much to do. We will be back."

"The location was very close to the ferries and close to many shops. We loved the outdoor thermal pool and patios! It was were very nice and relaxing. Staff was professional and helpful. Martina at front desk was always smiling and happy to see us:) The buffet breakfast lacked a variety of fresh fruit, otherwise it had a good selection of croissants, cakes and breads! "This hotel had a lovely lobby, and a good atmosphere at the pool area with live music entertainment on one of the nights we stayed. Only complaints are the uncomfortable bed and tiny shower. But for the price we paid, this hotel exceeded our expectations. "
