"Nice hotel, perfect location. It was spoilt by on arrival being told we had no room, they were full, and then that our booking had been cancelled. This obviously upset the family and panicked them. After nearly 1hr trying to sort this, another member of staff arrived and showed us to our room??!!! Otherwise hotel was great, rooms were clean and reasonable size. "Beautiful place quite close to the centre of the island. Very nice staff and comfortable rooms, we got there by walk it took 20min for the port but the google map location is for their pool. All and all we had a really good experience there "

"A really well located hotel, we were given an upgrade to a sea view which was really appreciated. Even with the upgrade though our room was very small. In our room we had 2 small milk portions which once used were not replaced. The staff were all really polite and helpful, on our second day the staff didn’t get our breakfast right. "We stayed here for 10 days and loved it. They did an excellent job handling transport from Naples airport for a very fair price. The view is absolutely amazing with the castle and sea. The room was a great size with plenty of storage space to unpack. We had a sea front room with an amazing balcony for more space and to dry clothes. The patios and porches are so cute and breakfast on the patio with a sea view was so enjoyable every morning. The staff is wonderful form breakfast to evening drinks....
