First class property with first class service. Everyone working at Botania from the ground keepers to the waiters to the management are very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to have a peaceful vacation and eat great food

Stunningly beautiful luxury hotel, nestled in lush gardens up the mountainside with sea views. Rooms were beautiful, very clean, and spacious. Staff was wonderful and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. All the food and drinks were also delicious. Ischia is truly a dream destination!

An absolutely stunning hotel and spa set in beautiful gardens. We had a wonderful time. The attention to detail was something else - the Botania Relais team were fantastic from the moment we arrived and throughout our 5 night stay. Fabulous restaurants, the food was incredible and the breakfast choice excellent.

A italian gem on the beautiful Ischia

This hotel is an amazing place for recharging and relaxation. The service is outstanding and the is very friendly and genuine. The massage was great and the yoga teacher brilliant and We loved to start the mornings with her lovely yogaclasses. The breakfast is one of the best we ever had, healthy and Organic. We are already planning to come back next year.

Botania Relais and Spa is Outstanding!!!

From the moment we arrived, the hotel and staff were amazing. We arrived many hours before check in after 22hours of travel and had, first, a bite to eat. Our room was ready right after. The room was darling, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was amazing and staff was incredible. We highly recommend Botania and will likely return to bring the rest of my family.

We had already been travelling for 4 weeks when we spent our final 4 days at Botania Relais & Spa. It was a perfect way to end a very busy holiday. The whole atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were completely committed to providing excellent service for the guests. Our room was very spacious and serene. Food and service was great all round - from poolside to the cocktail bar and the restaurants - everything was as promised and exceeded expectations.

This is one of the most magical and beautiful hotels that I have stayed in. The staff is amazing, the amenities are stellar and the property is beautiful - a botanical garden that is so beautifully laid out. We wanted for nothing and felt like we could simply stay on the resort and be be happy. I recommend this place highly. Ask for Onofrio at the bar/ restaurant. He's lovely - everyone is so kind and thoughtful

Very beautiful property and very nice staff. Food was amazing. Spa was excellent. Gym was very small and air conditioning was set at a fixed temperature, according to the hotel this was due to regulations in Italy however this was the only hotel where we experienced this in all of Italy. Bedding was not change despite multiple requests to have this done, but overall it was a very nice, pleasant and relaxing stay.

Very convenient place to stay for a trip to the ruins at Paestum. Room was spacious, nice dual aspect windows. Pillows are hard foam. Foam mattress. Dinner involves an extravagant tasting menu - quite a performance, but there are places to eat just outside the gate. Breakfast very ordinary and no fresh orange juice although there are trees in the garden!

Property was lovely. Staff was so kind and welcoming and the food was delicious. The only issue was that the a/c was set at 23 degrees and it was not possible to set it any lower due to “Italian government regulations” however we did not encounter these “regulations” at any other hotel in all of Italy. Also the bedding was not changed at all during our stay despite us requesting it. The same coffee stay was on the sheets the entire time. Aside from these issues it was all around a very nice stay and it was an extremely relaxing atmosphere and a terrific spa facility although the gym was very small.

We would come back to Ischia just to stay here again!!!!! The hotel is wonderful! The gardens and grounds are beautiful. Our room felt like it was tucked away in a garden. Private , huge, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was the largest we had while traveling Italy. Now let’s talk about dining… Oh my gosh! Breakfast is awesome. There are so many delicious choices you might forget to go out and explore. Beautiful baked good, omelette station, Fruit, fresh granolas and big displays of their honey. And there is always a mimosas station. The service is top notch and so attentive. We ordered espresso the first morning and never had to order again it was brought when we sat down each morning. We stopped a couple of times at the small bar. The drinks were so perfect and the snacks from the chef each night were a wonderful surprise. Service was perfect. We actually had friends that stay down the hill on the water at a VERY exclusive and very expensive hotel that we invited for drinks and dinner one night. We had cocktails first and the lovely bar and the. dinner in the restaurant. They commented that our hotel was way better than theirs and the food and service was outstanding. We stayed in one rainy day for Spa and Lunch by the pool. The thermal pools are so lovely. They have several water falls that you can stand under that beats down on your neck for a nice massage. There are bubble chairs where you can relax and soak in the rich minerals. Perfect!
