It’s right on Brighton/ hove beach. Close to everything you want to see, the Brighton pier, i360, west pier. The staff held my bags for 2 days when I flew to Paris. Great people. The Connaught pub within 5 minute walk… awesome food.

Well worth paying extra for a sea view. Not luxurious but everything one needs is there and of very good quality. Definitely recommend.

Great location, close to waterfront. Bathroom shower wasn’t a separate shower-just a shower curtain to separate from toilet and sink-no rim around it on Flo so water went everywhere Too much furniture for the size of the room. Kept banging into things and each other
