"Did not have breakfast. Did not need air con but was available. Restaurant was very good. "

"Room was very clean and well stocked. My only tiny complaint was the amount of glass bottles that were still left outside the rooms when I checked in (5pm) and were still there when I returned from dinner (10pm). Several (including a broken pint glass) were outside my room, and then other rooms on the same floor had one or two outside too."

"Pros: Friendly approachable staff, clean room Tea making facilities, free breakfast with loads of choice Cons: It was difficult to find as it's tucked away. It's near a main road so as a light sleeper it wasn't great. Overall I would stay here again "

The spa experience was exceptional — the thermal pool and treatments left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and professional, going out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect. I can’t recommend Ensana Buxton Crescent highly enough and can’t wait to return! "
