Had a great overnight stay here. Nice hotel- modern and clean. Rooms very small but really all you need. Breakfast was great but needs more options for vegans. There was some information at checkin that would have been helpful- for instance that you need your key inserted inside the room in order to access lights/power within the room. Lots of friendly, helpful staff. Would stay here again. Great value for money - location and value for money can't be beat.

The staff were very attentive. The breakfast was very good..I wouldn’t say it was anything unique..it was the usual egg, bacon, sausage etc. but it was delicious. The rooms were clean.the only complaint I have is that they should have duvets instead of a thin blanket between two sheets. I had to really up the temperature in the room to have a comfortable sleep. The gym was nice and has all the equipment needed for a full body workout. The location of this hotel is perfect..the street cars run very often so it’s easy to get around the city. I would stay here again.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Well appointed rooms. But of course, this hotel chain’s distinguishing feature is the breakfast! Enough has been said about it. Probably the best included buffet breakfast in Canada!

This was my second stay. The wait time to check in was very long (same poor experience as my first stay) It being a long weekend of Valentine’s and Family Day, every counter should have been staffed but only 1 concierge was on duty. Front desk area is so small and cramped. The lobby was poorly designed, too many furnitures cluttering and no room to move around. Bathroom sink has no counter so you can’t place your toiletries anywhere. Bed is very comfortable and room is clean. Free buffet breakfast is a great feature and offers lots of selection. With improved front desk service and redesign of lobby, this hotel has lots of potential.

Great hotel, the buffet was a nice addition to the stay, it’s centrally located. A cons is that they don’t have parking so you have to book a spot at garages close by. Any maintenance issues were handled right away though, the rooms are a little tight but that’s to be expected in downtown Toronto. We would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here

Room was nice and clean, nice big bathroom. Lack of kettle and tea bags in the room was disappointing. Most staff we encountered were friendly. Breakfast had a good variety. Personally I think people should dress for breakfast and not be allowed to wear pajamas. The young bell hope that was there when we checked in and out was very nice.

The hotel is very modern and clean and a good location. We liked that the room came with a window to open for fresh air. There was a hairdryer with a coffee machine but no kettle. Found the staff to be rude at times and lingering which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. The lobby smelt like weed nightly which wasn’t pleasant but appreciate the hotel can’t control that as it’s legal in Canada.

It’s a nice hotel but the lobby was a disappointment. So tiny. Big on lobby bar , I like having some drinks in my lobby before a night out and this didn’t have it. They had a little concession with coffee, beer, snacks and some seating but super super mid. Room, fitness and breakfast were great.
