This hotel is the reason we want to return to Saigon! The front desk, dining, and housekeeping staff were exceptional. The room was beautiful in everyway - including the Pillow Menu and high thread count sheets. Highlight of each day was the breakfast on 2nd floor. The staff and F&B supervisor there were ALL extraordinary. I can't imagine a better stay, including the perfect location, accessibility to shopping and safe walking, ATM, etc. We respect everyone's great English skills. We ate several dinners here and loved them. Finally, the gym was large, clean, and empty. Perfect! Also appreciate the reliable in-room wifi. We will be back! Not sure if we 'need' a corner room again, but it was nice to have multiple views of the busy streets.

Only the staff at top 2 floors are a little rude as if I am a trespasser to a private property. I wore a short pant with a Nike slippers trying to get in to have a leisure drinks before sleep. They may have some dress code I guess. Worth to note a tomboy staff at the ground floor is extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge staff is also very nice to help me checking in. The luggage team is also very helpful. The room is near perfect as they provides the British standard socket. Separating bathroom with toilet is a perfect design for a couple.

Exceptional service by all staff, from housekeeping to hospitality and concierge staff members. Great views from room very clean and very comfortable bed and great air conditioning. We were easily able to get to everywhere we wanted by foot most of the time. Excellent buffet breakfast was included.

Close to the main tour areas.two blocks from hop on hop off bus. Two blocks from Mt Notre Dame. 6 blocks from war museum. Very close to all the different types of food plus great restaurants on site. A tremendous rooftop bar.

Top quality hotel in a good location
I very much enjoyed my stay here. Room was not huge but very comfortable with a high standard of housekeeping. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The Hotel des Arts Saigon is the quintessence of gracious service set in a breathtaking tableau. The staff was solicitous, kind and efficient. The breakfast service was delectable, the service impeccable, the setting memorable. Bravo! Bravo!

Lovely hotel. Great staff and very friendly. Rooms are relatively small and a little ‘tired’. There is some loud music in adjacent properties that goes for most of the night so room choice is important if you want to minimize. Roof top bar can also be fairly noisy.

I was told this was one of the better hotels. Not bad. Small. Team was very friendly at Check In. Housekeeping good. The Lounge food was not bad. Had breakfast which was nice. But on the second day the AC was not even switched in properly and was quite hot. Loud music from some sort of carnival on the ground floor opposite but not till late at night. Overall not a bad hotel.

I really like the flowers arrangements. The kindness of the staff, especially the elegance display and of course artistic decor that makes you feel you classy yet at home and comfortable. Place is Grand BUT for that money there shouldn’t be a tile out of place.that not the case-it can do with some maintenance I would stay again-The roof top pool scene is unmatched!
