We loved the olde worlde charm of the hotel. It was like the hotel had heart. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The wet room was a highlight, as was the fancy bidet. Staff very pleasant and extremely helpful. Especially: Bay (in the restaurant), Trang (lounge/Pearl Room) as well as Ti An and Duc at reception. Location was perfect for our short stay. Thanks.

An excellent property, and likely the best hotel is Saigon. We have stayed at many others and nothing compares. Tan, who works at the pool and fitness center is amazing and made our stay extra pleasant. Thank you for an enjoyable trip. We will be back.

It’s as classic for Saigon and located well. We loved the decor and elegance. The warm greetings by staff is. Plus and they were than happy to help us and remembered our names. All the elements were there for a great hotel. I loved the quaint spa facilities. Breakfast was always satisfying and delicious. Our room was spacious and was offer to us early upon arrival. The only draw back was the hotel noises on our end of the floor. A 4 plus star is a more accurate rating. We would stay here again.
