The location was perfect—close to the shops, restaurants, and tourist spots we wanted to visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Saigon!

Convenient location. Easy access to everything. Excellent service. Room was clean, but smells of cigarettes smoke and we are allergic to cigarettes smoke. They was not able to get us a new room even though we specifically booked a nonsmoking room. Towel and bedding were clean but a bit old and worn out. Breakfast was very good with extensive selection of local and western food. Overall a good value for the price.

Good breakfast with a variety of local and western food. Excellent location right in downtown. Excellent staff service. Only downside was the room with no windows facing the wall of next building. Poor ventilation, smells of cigarette smoke even though we are both allergic to cigarette smoke and specifically requested non smoking room 3 months in advance. We had been at the hotel 3-4 times for weeks long stays and expecting a little better accommodation. A bit disappointing this time!

First time in Saigon and chose Liberty for its location near Ben Tran. This was so close to so many restaurants and attractions it was a great choice. I would definitely return here because the staff was phenomenal. I’m not particularly a morning person, but that breakfast buffet was soooo outstanding, it was a daily highlight. Special thanks to Trân and her staff at the restaurant, they were wonderful, she made sure I had poached eggs and I appreciated her attention to detail. Definitely recommend a stay at Liberty Central!
