Staff amazing. Lovely hotel, pool and restaurants. Had club room, treated like royalty in the club lounge. Lovely afternoon tea and dinner/drinks. Would stay here again, but not in the tower as when we returned to the hotel for second stay they put us in the new renovated area but there is too much light pollution coming into the room as no black out blind/curtains covering part of the room.

I was lucky and picked the best hotel in HCMC. Amazing service by all staff and the food in lounge was outstanding. We had breakfast there every morning and even dinner twice. Great variety to choose from eggs to pho. The staff remember our names and always checks if we were happy. I definitely will book here again when I come back next time for sure. Although the tower part of the hotel is being renovated. The rest of the hotel does not feel any impact..As returning guests, we can say that this hotel is as good as ever.

The property is extremely convenient as it is in the heart of the city. All the hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly, of course some staff members are more exceptionally commentable. The room is nice and clean.

We stay at Sheraton second time and it never disappoints. Modern and sophisticated style with excellent service. They set up dessert, flowers and towel art for my parents 50th wedding anniversary graciously. The breakfast buffet and weekend seafood buffet dinner was very delicious!
