Excellent, helpful, and friendly staff, excellent breakfast with many options especially Asian options. The only thing is the condition of the hotel is less than perfect, It was hard to climb into the tube to take shower and the water is all over the place even after pulling the curtain down. The hotel is also under renovation

This is an upscale hotel without the upscale price. The front desk service is beyond great. With the welcome in the lobby, sitting you down with a tray of small bites and flavored water, to the afternoon tea, that has cakes, fruit, and assorted small bites. The property was very clean and my room was very large and clean. I didnt partake in their restaurant, other than for the outstanding breakfast buffet. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was good. We did not have a view from our room and shower temperature was very hot and hard to adjust but other than that it was fabulous. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel offers a tea time in the afternoon (2:00-3:30pm daily) and it was a great experience, the fruit and snacks change daily. Location was very convenient to Ben Thanh market but removed enough that there wasn’t too much concern for noises at night.
