"Though it’s just next to the freeway, I don’t hear any traffic noice inside the house. I stayed in this hotel 3 or 4 times for my business trips already. Every room I stayed was quiet and clean. Their staff are very friendly."

"I did not like that I had to pay for parking after already paying a $400 deposit for a few days stay did not get deposit back because it paid for room service plus, I paid extra $69 it was not explained to me that I would out my deposit I would have paid a different way. I did not like room service overpriced for little amount of food although the pizza was really good and enough. "

Shampoo was missing, only conditioner and body wash available, the lobby didn’t have a live person, but instead a virtual screen to talk to someone on- which the sound didn’t work at one point so we couldn’t even hear each other. Otherwise everything was great, parking was easy, everything was nice and clean and quiet, and felt safe."

"The hotel was very convenient to walk to the convention center, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. The view was spectacular and the room was comfortable. The pool was a nice plus, but the "adults only" hours were not enforced by staff, so it wasn't easy getting pool time without children. Still, it was a great perk to relax after a long day at the conference. My one big complaint was that the hotel bar was overpriced. We were going to order a bottle of wine, but we asked the price since it wasn't listed. The bartender told us a bottle price that was the same as 5 individual glasses. That's not right. You should always get a discount when ordering the whole bottle. In the end, we got just one glass and went elsewhere, so missed opportunity for the hotel. Other than that, definitely happy and would likely stay again. "
