I didn't read the fine print before I arrived and was shocked that there was a $15/day fee for parking. The room was dated, but overall it was clean and comfortable. I recommend against staying in a room on the North side of the complex. There is a train that passes pretty closely several times a night and blows it's horn. Also the Heater/AC unit in my room was very noisy .

Housekeeping opened my door at 8:00 AM while I was still in the room. She knocked but immediately opened the door, and I was naked in bed. Once she realized, she quickly closed the door and left. Then at 11:00 AM, housekeeping came back and knocked again even though I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door since the previous night. It felt very intrusive and honestly like they were trying to rush guests out as early as possible. Guest privacy and the “Do Not Disturb” sign should be respected.

The hotel is outdated and lacks basic modern comforts. Despite being an "SFO hotel," there is no airport shuttle service. Taxis and rideshares to the terminal cost between $15–$45 due to heavy airport surcharges, making the location far less convenient than it appears. To make matters worse, they charge €14 ($15) per night for parking, and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, leading to a very poor night's sleep. Between the hidden transport costs and the lack of comfort, I cannot recommend staying here. Pros: None. Cons: No shuttle, expensive transport, paid parking, uncomfortable beds.

The breakfast was the best thing about our hotel stay. They offered plain scrambled eggs as well as some mixed with spinach and other veggies, diced country potatoes with onions and bell peppers, bacon, sausage, toast, mini muffins, apples/ bananas, yogurt, etc. Would have been nice if they also offered herbal teas. They only offered plain black or green tea. The room, on the other hand, was sub-par and outdated. The lamps didn't work (looked like someone had removed the knobs to turn them on), outlets were hard to find and not near the beds, there was a thick layer of dust on the bathroom light fixture, they only offered two bath towels (even though we had 3 guests in a 2 queen bedroom), the bathtub had mold and patches of paint inside it and the water was extremely slow to drain so you had to stand in a tub full of water while showering. Furthermore, the shower water turned hot and cold repeatedly while showering, not sure if this coincided with people nearby using their sinks, toilets or showers. The beds weren't bad, just a bit more firm than I would have liked. The planes at the nearby airport were quite loud, but we brought a sound spa to remedy this. We otherwise liked the fact that this hotel was near the airport since our daughter was flying out of SFO the next day.

The pool was closed, which was disappointing. Location was good. Very good hot breakfast! The rooms were clean, but could use some upgrades. The outside doors need door sweeps, big space for bugs and rodents to crawl under as well as the light and cold air can get in. Overall, comfortable, decent value for the price.
