"I stayed at this hotel on my way to San Francisco. The room was very clean, staff was very freidnly and welcoming. Breakfast was included and it was excellent. parking is available and free. We will definitely stay at the same place at next time I am in the area."

"It's a nice place, but it could be excellent if they provided good coffee and not such cheap "creamer" etc., and OJ for breakfast. The eggs are always over boiled and grey on the inside, yuck. Beds are super wonderful!! So comfy and I sleep even better than at home! :-) "

"Nice room with comfy bed and pillows. The grounds are beautiful with lush greenery and flowers, and lots of little places to walk or sit. The breakfast in the lobby each morning was very good, with excellent coffee served. I really enjoyed the purified water dispenser to fill my bottle, and the EV chargers are a real bonus too. The little Market on site makes delicious sandwiches. The hotel staff were all very kind and attentive. It was a fabulous stay. "

"I unfortunately had to give it one star, as the air conditioning in our room was faulty and made for a miserable stay. My concerns weren't taken seriously and it left me unable to sleep. After calling the front desk, it took three calls before anyone was even sent to the room, and all the technician did was turn it back on and tell me it was working fine, even though it clearly had not all day. I expressed my concerns but was told it was fixed, only to have it shut off multiple times during the night. During a heat wave, especially, this is inexcusable. Add in that I currently am wearing a cast, which made the heat extra unbearable. I had to get up multiple times during the night when I woke up from the heat climbing in the room, to try in vain to restart the air. This was not only miserable, but also unsafe for my injury. Not only did I waste much of my evening trying to deal with this, and miss a whole night of sleep, but my concern was not even taken seriously. The next day the front desk said they would email me about doing something to compensate but I never heard from them. They did cover parking, but a $20 discount for wasting both my evening and my night of sleep does not feel like nearly enough. I also don't trust that they even fixed anything, since they ignored my concerns so fully. I wonder if all of their rooms have faulty air. While the facility is beautiful, we will not be back and would urge you to skip this choice as well. "
