"Very comfortable bed all clean and tidy could do with some tlc for example in the bathroom there's no where to hang towels etc sink plug chain is broken and door will not close needs planing to better fit"

"Room was clean and just what we needed.
Staff were helpful, however when attending for breakfast I was told ‘it’s closing’ rather than just offered a seat, when breakfast was due to be open for another hour.
We then also had a small bite in the lounge area the next day, and the food took nearly 40mins.
We used the spa facilities, and these are always great.
The room was comfy and just as we would expect.
It’s the second time we have stayed, and would go back again.
