"I love Mollie's a lot. I was staying there on my own and wasn't due to arrive until the early hours, but their parking was right at the door, and the team were there to greet me and help after a super long day. It has excellent rooms and great staff; I can't wait for my next stay."

"The outdoor bar Gin and Juice was a tropical paradise with fun cocktails and a lovely garden setting. The Japanese restaurant was also excellent. Staff were very friendly and our room was large and beautifully appointed. We'll plan a trip to Cheltenham just to stay in the hotel again!"

An easy walk to shopping areas of the Promenade and High Street, and for Montepellier Park for the Cheltenham Jazz Festival. A diverse range of restaurants compliment cuisines from around the world, situated nearby to suit every budget. "

"The hotel looked very plush from the outside and the foyer and reception area was very nice. Our room was a nice but definitely looked a little tired and in need of refurbishment. We had to be very careful with the door as it needed to be pushed tightly shut Was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again "

"Beautiful heritage hotel. Breakfast was excellent value and selection. Walkable to city centre and also on major transportation routes, including the hop on hop off bus ( very convenient). There is no elevator, which the hotel was clear about but the Expedia site got wrong. The heritage rooms are worth the fee, although located on upper floors. "

"It was a very friendly place to stay and nothing was to much for them. We arrived at 5pm after 3 and half hours journey and was hungry, they didnt serve food till 6pm but went out of there way to provide us with something to eat. I will definitely be returning. "
