Uffington White Horse Tours and Activities

The room itself had stained carpets, peeling paint on the windows. No screens on the windows, and the shower protector was lifting off the bottom. The hotel gives off lovely vibes, which are very England from the outside, but the maintenance inside could be a little bit better in my personal opinion. There is a courtesy tea and coffee maker in the room, which we stayed in, but it was mouldy and gross. The one in the main lobby is never full of water and does not have any milk.. They really could use someone to maintain this machine. There are no staff anywhere to be had at this place and you have to do everything through the stupid app to get any service or through WhatsApp. There is absolutely no air-conditioning at this place and the weather was astronomically hot. We asked for fans for our room which they did accomdate that. For the price of this place, there should be a small fridge in the rooms to keep drinks cold let alone courtesy water. Pass on this hotel if your used of North American standards. This is no better than super eight and I would say a super eight is better than this. The only perk is the area felt safe and was fairly close to the tube station about a 5-7 minute walk away.

Basic but really authentic and everything you need , lovely area , lovely view from rooms , friendly staff Couldn’t have asked for a better location lots around , pubs , restaurants and Paddington station just round the corner so very easy for us to travel to Wembley stadium for a concert. Would definitely return Thanks for accommodating me and my daughter x
