"The Mal is superb every time. As cool as the hotel is, the staff is what makes this place so great. Fantastic each and every time. And the food is excellent too."

"Mixed stay. Room was small, with a tiny shower and uncomfortable bed. Amenities were limited. There is literally nothing that this hotel for which this cash doesn’t want to chisel cash out of you. That said, the room was well soundproofed – and the breakfast was excellent. The restaurant staff in particular are a credit to the business."

"Great location, Great staff and lobby areas, Rooms were great, bathrooms a little tired. Pool area needed a lot of attention, the steam room was totally out of action and the fact there was a daily parking charge on top of the room charge was disapointing."
