"It was an overnight stay for catching an early morning flight from the City Airport nearby. Everything at the hotel went smoothly. There is currently no pedestrian access from the Custom House station, which is not an issue with the hotel itself. Just be aware if you plan to arrive by train."

"After a bumpy start and no a/c in the room I was upgraded to a room with a balcony and a/c. The reception team were so nice, especially the gentleman who was an Arsenal fan. I didn’t get his name but he was lovely and very personable. I had a drink in the bar in the evening and all the team were lovely. The bar was busy but I didn’t have to wait long to get served."

"This Biulding oozes history and charm. While it is clearly a little tired and basic on the accommodation, which is reflected in the price. The breakfast was exceptional and amazing value!
