"Everything about stay was reasonable. However Staff could do with some customer service awareness. While we were waiting for the lift to go down to breakfast 4 of the cleaning staff were all talking to each other in a different language. They didn’t acknowledge us or say good morning then 3 of them got in a lift ahead of us leaving us to wait for the next lift. "

"Great hotel in great location. Stratford is brilliant. Would use again as so easy to get too. Shame the bar closed early (10:30) when people were still in there and breakfast was okay but I do prefer freshly cooked breakfast rather than buffet style. Concierges were very helpful"

"Where do I start?! Upon arrival, the landlord told me they didn't accept card payments or cheques, cash only, so had to go down to the cash point to pay him. The room was basic but good enough for three working guys, but the smell from all of the bathrooms and toilets was terrible. Although the windows were double glazed, the traffic noise was really bad and went on all night. "Allowed us early check in and to leave tour car parked for several hours after check in. Neat, tidy and a good price. Easy access location for tube into central London. Friendly and helpful. Will book again when next down in London"
