Cutest place ever with great Staff. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms come with a Kurig coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. Convenient location within walking distance to Coconut Marketplace. They have a water station to refill water bottles and you can rent DVDs for free.

The staff here are incredibly warm, friendly, professional, and efficient! Though the hotel itself is a bit dated, the location and views are absolutely spectacular. And the property's quaintness is nostalgic and charming :) My fiancé and I stayed here and witnessed multiple incredible sunrises + sunsets, enjoyed the pool and ocean views, and were especially grateful for a generous room upgrade when the room we initially booked wasn't ready for us. It's also in an extremely convenient and walkable location! Highly recommend.

The hotel was decent. Expedia lies. Booked two doubles and got a king and sofa bed. Hotel doesn’t guarantee beds. Room was fine. Needs some updating. Beach is not swimmable, but beautiful grounds and walk to beach. The rooster in the hotel garden woke me up LOL. Front desk was friendly. Amenities fees: not really any amenities.

This is the place to stay. It’s a hidden gem. Close to everything. No need to stay at a “mega” resort on Poipu. These rooms are perfect. Older yes but absolutely beautiful and peaceful in the middle of it all.

It was exactly what I wanted. First views out the lobby to pool, ocean and tropical paradise. Loved it !!! This was the first half of my retirement trip and 15th anniversary trip. Loved the ocean waves, breezes while sitting on our 3rd floor lanai-what a life! It was the prettiest property along that portion of the beach. The Coconut Marketplace had nice food selections at the end of tiring days.pool very clean.

Overall the hotel is very nice and clean, but during our stay we experienced a couple issues. Beach towels were not available for 4 days during our stay, the TV remote batteries were low, the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working properly, and was very difficult to get a hold of the front desk reception. The personnel just told us that maintenance was going to address those concerns, but they never did. Thought, the personnel was very friendly.

Great amenities. Beautiful views. Helpful staff. Convenient location between best beaches. Only problem, the beach the hotel is in is too dangerous to swim in. Just beautiful to look.
