Very friendly and helpful staff, will give a free city ticket for all public transit in Berlin that can be used from the day you check in to the day you check out. Comfortable and clean room with essential toiletries, clean tap water. Great location, just an 8 minute walk from the train station.

Really nice hotel, Quiet rooms, staff are helpful and it's really easy to access by road and rail. However did not expect to have to get the train for 15 mins from airport to the hotel plus a 10 min walk. Would recommend though
