"The staff were friendly and nice. The challenge was not being fluent in Spanish. The hot tubs and jacuzzi's throughout the property did not seem to want to get warm or have bubbles and I honestly couldn't get the staff to understand what I was looking for, or how to make it work. "

The staff and manager are top-notch and first-class. The area is a bit noisy and not child-friendly. I was pickpocketed in the street, not at the hotel. "

"This was our second time there. We will go back for the people and atmosphere. Getting water and coffee served at breakfast was difficult this time. It was the one place you didn’t see a lot of servers. There was more of an urgency to turn over dishes and towels which probably took away from service."
